Super delicious food in a great ambience with first-class service and a lot of expertise in food and drinks. We would love to come back.

Waiter is well trained and has small talk with guests. The food (starter and main course) were very tasty. When the weather was good for the time being, we ate outside. No sooner had the meal finished than a thunderstorm approached. It poured from buckets and some guests stormed into the comfortably furnished restaurant. We were able to finish our bottle of wine without any problems. The only drawback and therefore a star ? deduction: The wine (Chianti Classico) for just under 40 euros was clearly too warm. The waiter tried to explain that the wines "in front" were even warmer, this one came from "behind". Given the upscale price range of this restaurant, it can be expected that a wine refrigerator will be available. The wines on the homepage do not match those on the wine list in the restaurant. All in all, a nice evening with delicious and nicely presented dishes.

Good and plenty

The ambience is a bit "old-fashioned", but somehow it fits again .. The dishes are fresh and prepared in the open kitchen, it also tastes good, but the price / performance ratio is a bit over the top here and there (sometimes very small portions).

We had a table for the 31.10. Reserved and extra asked, if despite the holiday was open. Today, after several days, comes a call that our reservation from the restaurant can not be maintained. One does not open on the holiday (31.10.). Strange this late realization. ?

Excellent food, excellent service!

'Small but nice' is most likely to hit it. Cozy German restaurant, the cook and vmtl. The owner also cooks the food in the dining room personally and live. Fine German cuisine, which is worth every penny of the money. A rich fish and meat menu is complemented by outstanding starters and desserts. Dishes of the day relax the card. That this place has no star actually surprises me! In addition to excellent food, the restaurant offers a rich selection of wines, which will satisfy every taste. The waiter knows the dishes very well and always knows how to choose the beverage. The time between the courses is very good and individually tailored. Finally, I must say, despite the high quality of the local it feels very home and close to the customer. As I imagine a North German, good restaurant!

Very pleasant atmosphere. Pretends to belong to the higher gastronomy, unfortunately small portions where the taste is missing. Too expensive for what is offered. The redfish was greasy and oily. The composition of the dishes is also more like home baking and lower middle class than haute cuisine. Good service, good wine and café but it wasn't worth it.

Good food, good service.

One of the best restaurant in Stade. A small carte that proves that here, everything is prepared by the chief according to the season products. It is actually possible to get a 3 meal course for two at a reasonnable price and eat everyghing.
